Something wrong with your knife?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade slöjd knife. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
60‑Day Return Policy
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your knife must fail one or more of the quality checks listed below.
Quality Check – Eligible Return Reasons
A return may be accepted if your knife displays any of the following defects:

Loose blade

Misaligned blade that affects the usability or safety of the knife

Paintwork errors, including incorrect colour sent or faulty paint application

Sheath stitching coming loose

Knife arriving damaged, including a broken tip or blade damage
Important Note on Handmade Craftsmanship
All of our knives are entirely hand‑carved and shaped using only traditional hand tools. Because of this, minor variations in symmetry, shape, or finish are normal and expected. These natural variations and asymmetry do not affect the function of the knife and are part of the beauty and authenticity of handmade slöjd craft.
However, if any variation negatively impacts the use or function of your knife, you may request a return.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you may send the parcel back to our workshop. We will refund your postage costs once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
